Your liver cannot survive outside of you at any point in time, a fetus can.
There is a difference. Part of a fetus belongs to the father, part to the
mother. How do you deal with it?

Socialism/Capitalism of the A

We agree. As far as which has more rights, livers or tumors or
tape worms or fetuses, it's really irrelevant. None trump the
  rights of the mom.

Actually a fetus is sort of like a cross between a tapeworm and a
tumor. It has no more rights than your liver does. If you want
  to
remove your liver, nobody has any legitimate right to tell you
  you
  can't, especially your liver.
