And what do you base that on. The numbers I've seen indicate that the atrocities in Iraq have been grossly underestimated, particularly in regrds to the Kurds. I'd say the numbers of those killed by Saddam and his henchmen are closer to 1.5 million.
And you cannot just brush off the massive atrocities he committed against the Kuwaitis for the almost year he occupied that country.
