Yes, you are correct in one sense.  There were far worse human 
rights violations committed in other countries around the globe in 
the 1980s and 1990s than in Iraq.  Sudan, Somalia and Ruwanda to be 
exact.  But of the 3 only Ruwanda tops Hussein's murderous numbers.  
And this libertarian believes that it was an ABSOLUTE TRAGEDY OF 
MAGINICENT PROPORTIONS that Bill "Burn them Waco Whackos Alive" 
Clinton was spending so much time in 1994 and 1995 worrying about 
how to smash out David Koresh and cover up for the Muslim connection 
to the Oklahoma City bombing, that he totally and completed ignored 
the massive carnage in Ruwanda.  

Are you asking me if the US was more justified to go into Ruwanda 
than Iraq?  Yes!  

But then again, consider that the Huutus never committed genocide 
outside of their borders.  Hussein did, by brutally murdering 
upwards of 60,000 Kuwaitis.
