I doubt if it is the most perfect. I tend to agree with many of the 
antifederalist the Articles Of Confederation just needed a few 
admendments and it would have been a much better doucument than the 
US Constitution. Balance ouit the predictions of the antfederalist 
about the constitution versus the assurances of the federalist, the 
antifederalist got it right the most.--- In
