the aribtrary is that it is taking property without rational
justification. The government must be able to convince a jury of 12
average rational people and convince all 12 why the government is due
a portion of someone's property. If the government can not present a
good enough case to convince a jury of 12 people, then the defendent
owes no
tax.
Paul, we do not have jury authority here but we have much more
than 12 rational members on this board. Can you and others who are
for taxes convice a jury of 12 rational board members that a
specific person or business owes the government taxes and give detail
