I doubt he or anyone who is for taxes could prove their case before most American juries if the jury was informed that it could judge legislation and the constitution if either or both conflicted with either common law or natural law. Even in 2000 the Rasmussein poll on the Nolan Chart at the time showed that a high percentage polled said elminate taxes and go with user fees, a much higher percentage agreed with that statment than scored 100% libertarian, best I rember it was over 30% who said do away with taxes, 16% scored 100% libertarian and this is without the educational efforts that can be brough forth in a jury trial and the deep questioning of witnesses about common assumptions on taxing, the governments authority to tax etc. but he may be right about a jury in Japan, still attitudes are begining to change in Japan, a lot more Japanese are begining to question authority's claims.--- In [email protected], <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > > From: terry12622000 <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> > > ok people how many of you think Paul has proven his case? If this was his best effort, I would give him a 3 out of a possible 100. But i am a soft grader. > > BWS >
