I see you are determined to refuse this analogy. Through a
process of citing exceptions and focusing on unrelated details,
ANY analogy can be criticized. But regarding "analogy", there is
no such thing as "perfect". "Analogy" means a similarity between
two otherwise dissimilar things. So if an analogy were perfect,
it would no longer be an analogy - it would be a "clone" /
"equivalent" / "copy" / "reproduction" (THE SAME THING). So I
will ask you the same thing I asked Tom: Do you have a better
one?

{American jurors have complete Constitutional authority to vote
"not guilty" based on nothing more than a disagreement with the
case, no matter the evidence - despite the judge's instructions.
There is absolutely no obligation to vote "guilty" to arrive at a
unanimous verdict. Get on a jury, stand your ground, and fulfill
its other main purpose: to counteract abusive government and
unjust lawsuits.

Mark,
Well, fact is that Unitarians are certainly part of the Christian
tradition and yet the Unitarian church does not require a belief
in
the divinity of Christ.
