Upon what is your uncertainty based? Health? Harm? Children?
Crime? Liberty? Morality? Please further explain your uncertainty
about the merits of eliminating harder-drug prohibitions, since
the same argument for eliminating marijuana prohibition can be
made for eliminating all drug prohibition: the vast reduction of
harm and vast increase of liberty.

"not guilty" based on nothing more than a disagreement with the
case, no matter the evidence - despite the judge's instructions.
There is absolutely no obligation to vote "guilty" to arrive at a
unanimous verdict. Get on a jury, stand your ground, and fulfill
its other main purpose: to counteract abusive government and

My uncertanty primarily revolves around hardcore narcotics such
as
crack, meth, acid, etc., not petty marijuana.
