perfect, it is not all powerful and nor should it be all powerful. I
agree some of the language in the bylaws and platform, if anything I
would stregthening them towards individual rights and increase the
votes needed to change either much closer to unaminity of the total
LP membership not just to those attending the convention. There is
no sense that such a small percentage of members who attend the state
convention and the national convention make and change the rules of
the party. If that is the case then just one member attending the
convention should be able to veto a change in the bylaws and
