Any structure from which an attack is launched is a military target. Any place
from which military materials are sent or received is a military target. Any
military target may be attacked at ANY time. It is against the rules to hide
amongst civilians, transport troops in ambulances, fire from hospitals or
religious buildings. It is against the rules to not wear a uniform when
fighting. Hezbolla does these things. Israel is totally within the GC in its
actions. I have read the conventions, I know.
