Government schools are promoting miscegenation.
Both the states and fedgov actively prevent freedom
of association.
I have attended several CofCC conventions since I
joined the organization. There is no effort to outlaw
miscegenation. If there were such an effort, I would
take the libertarian position in this matter as I do in
all others.

For life, liberty, justice and peace,
David Macko

Fallacy of Open I

Of course private people have a right to their own free association rights.
I don't think I saw anyone here arguing otherwise. However, the manifesto
point I referred to earlier clearly calls for the state (government) to stop
tolerating (outlaw) interracial marriage, licentiousness, homosexuality and
other things that bother the CofCC.

There is a difference between what Macko is saying and what is actually said
on the CofCC's own manifesto. I know, Gordon Baum says they don't want to
outlaw interracial marriages. Their own website says otherwise. This is
  plain as day.

Further, an organization that just wanted to be left alone would not need
the state to not "tolerate" the free association rights and sexual practices
of others in such detail. They would simply need their own private property
rights protected, rather than calling on the state to no longer tolerate the
individual rights of those with which they disagree.

Macko is refusing to see the difference. And there is a big difference.

Private people have the inherent right to choose their associations which
includes avoiding association with people they deem to be acting immorally
or are otherwise undesirable. I disagree with the stance of David's
organization (and I'm in an interracial marriage myself), but it's not hard
to see that what they want is to not be forced by the state to associate
with people like me whether in their homes, their schools (private I hope),
places of business, or other private property.

The state should not prohibit association nor should it force them.
