Where is this lively 'hood? I live in Brooklyn, NY, and we have LOTS and LOTS
of lively 'hoods here. Every Friday night there is a shootout at a nightclub in
one of them. But you speak of the lively 'hood of the country, as though there
is one liveliest 'hood. Where is it?
(Countries don't have livelihoods. People do. You should get one.)
