[Bug 155243] EDITING: keyboard, or most combinations, are dead when document opens. And no blinking cursor in writer. But there are ways to get around.

I find similarities and differences:
Before the document is thawed, with this bug key presses seem to be entirely
discarded. The counts at the bottom of the screen do not advance at all. In
contrast to why-cant-i-type-in-libreoffice-writer.
On the other hand,
for me, changing the fonts with the mouse with this bug seem to thaw the
document. Which looks to me like why-cant-i-type-in-libreoffice-writer.
