* Maybe it's a good idea to restrict this bug report to only the English
language? That's also the only place where Liberation Sans is used as the
default font (with the exception of Hebrew spreadsheet document). This makes
testing probably also a lot easier?

* The GNOME desktop uses Adwaita Sans / Inter since GNOME 48
* KDE uses the Breeze font as far as I know.
* Fedora inherits the fonts used in the desktop environments and I think most
distribution do.

* Maybe Inter is also a good candidate? Having said that, Noto Sans is less
condensed and thus more readable (IMHO).
