1) You must use a file system that supports >2GB partitions.
eg. FAT-32 (Win95B, Win98, WinME, WinNT/2K), Linux, etc.
Otherwise, with FAT-16 partitions, you'll only see 2GB per partition.
2) Downgrade the BIOS! The later L70 BIOS's actually see only the first 1.6GB
regardless of the HD size.
