Okay...  I wonder if this 18.3mm diameter is what is helping get the 
2000mAh.  I'm guessing it took you a while to locate these, and you went 
with what you found.  If there are any 16mm cells with that power rating, 
they're probably hiding out there in the tangle that is the web is they 
exist at all.

Yeah... I finally got one of the bigger batteries myself.  But I still love 
the way the system looks with the smaller battery.  The idea of packing more 
power in the standard battery pack sounds very appealing!

I'm not clear on what you were going to do with the top of the battery case. 
  It sounds like you purposely removed it to provide enough space to get 
those 18.3mm cells in there... no?

Accent on the 2nd syllable?  Man... how do you deal with getting people to 
pronounce that one!?  By grade school, it must have gotten pretty old. :-0
