I'm sure there are. However those companies would not be 
depending on any open source for that "business", so they
couldn't care less about any patent language in open
source licenses.

In fact for the SCO kind of company such patent license
grants may be useful for more FUD: "Look everyone, open
source wants to take away all your patents".
