Do we really need to make this an option? I really think that LICQ should be setup to do go offline if you log in from another location but with a popup with the option to reconnect. The thought here is if you are logging in from another location you aren't near where LICQ is running and so you don't really need it running. Again, this option *only* works if you login from another location, not if you are disconnected due to network problems, in which case it should reconnect automatically.
