I've already looked at them myself (should be obvious from the comment) but
of course it would be good if reviewers took a look as well. I think that
all changes for normal use cases look reasonable. The question is how much
fine-tuning should be invested for making the irregular staffs and those
with few lines work out better.
We also have the question whether centring on even-linecount staffs for
quarter rests and shorter is the visually more appealing solution
(personally, I very much think so) since we don't really have "official"
rules to make use of.
