As I understand, IGLU will get a new server with a huge HD soon, accesible worldwide. If this does not work out, then I think an even limited web access is compulsory, since it will allow people to get the information without being dependant on a single person (and bothering him), or being dependent on physical access. After all, most of the requests so far for recorded lectures were from people who live relatively far.
