Somewhere at http://www.macromedia/support/Director there's a Tech 
Note about a method to add Cue Points to QT movies by inserting a 
Paragraph track (text track of cue point strings) into the QT movie.

Unfortunately, what I don't know is if 'Quicktime Player Pro' for 
Windows can do this trick.
