A more specific description of the problem would help us. What's running
slowly--the audio? The video? The program itself? Are you playing an audio
file with a video file simultaneously? That could slow things down. Are you
including your Xtras in the projector? Try making a projector without any
Xtras, but with the Xtras folder under your projector.
If that's not it, a more specific question is likely to produce a more
accurate answer :-)
