Sorensen II (Sorensen Pro) will often give smaller file sizes, especially
with VBR, and vastly superior video to Cinepack. However, it is a lot more
processor intensive, and that might be bogging down a slow processor.
If you're doing audio and video at the same time, try preloading the members.
