Data rate, data rate, data rate. Think data rate. Even at those specs, it's 
possible to create a video that exceeds the data throughput of the playback 
machine's hardware. Try compressing at < 200kb - or with Sorensen, I 
believe you can do very well at < 100kb.

Also, if you're currently streaming external sound files at the same time 
as the video, then yes, that can cause a problem. Since video always 
streams from the disk (disc), you are asking the read heads to be in 2 
places at once - plus any loading of cast members that may be required. 
Fully embedded audio will load into and play from RAM while the video 
streams. If your audio is large there may be some lag while it loads it all 
into RAM.
