Dear List,

Once again I turn to your great wisdom in my search for enlightment.

I will be helping one of my students with his exam work. He's doing a
Quicktime movie (of a 3d walk-through). Not QTVR, just a simple film
which will be placed on a CD.

However the QT needs to have some interactive features - I will of
course use Director to achieve it.

My question is: What resolution would be the highest possible and
what compression codec do you think is appropriate for streaming QT
off of a CD using Director? I will use 'Direct to stage' mode. Would
I be better off using something else than Quicktime format? Any
opinions or experiences would be immensely appreciated.

Thank you / Andreas
