OK I knew how to do this already. What I was asking was is using puppet
sprites the best way to do this. From looking around it seams that the
only way to get this from the cast to the stage is to effectively swap a
cast member with a sprite on the stage.
What I would like to know now is this:
How do I duplicate a sprite on the stage to annother location on the
stage?
I have tried using member(obj).duplicate() but all this does is
duplicate the cast member, which I cant move to the stage. So how can I
do this?
It seams like a very stupid way of doing things. Why on earth there isnt
something like member(obj).toStage I really dont know.
Please help b4 I pull all my hair out, this is starting to really bug
me.
Thanx

It is possible to put castmambers in empty sprite channels with lingo.
You will need to puppet a sprite before You do it, but once puppeted You
can
use sprite(x).member = member(y)
