SLES 7.2 works, but....you need to download the k_deflt.rpm from their support site (so you need to have at least the 30-day-trial version), and then on top of that you need the latest qdio drivers from DeveloperWorks. Once you've done that, it works just fine. Doing a TSM backup across the guest LAN shows us about 160 Mbps. Adam
