The issue has already been discussed in this thread. I just want to add, that with full-pack minidisks, you should consider to use "devno" in the mdisk statement instead of the volid. With full-pack minidisks, the linux admin can actually destroy/change the volid, and that would create issues at the next logon of the guest.
