I still think that the idea of having a cluster controller a la Business
Continuity Clustering for Novll Cluster Services is the better aproach,
yes.

be wrong from time to time as well ;-)

First, I still don't want to _support_ it. The CCM layer and quorumd is
understaffed still, and quorumd is NOT part of those regression tests we
do. Adding new features to it seemed a bad idea.
Second, it got included at IBM's request because IBM promised to support
it, but that only happened when we suggested to not ship it; such is the
nature of politics, sorry.
