USB defines that devices connected to it may only use 60 % of the
available bandwith. 
Total USB bandwith 12Mbit/s:
 2 Mbit/s used for controlling usb & devices
 10 Mbit/s bandwith for connected devices

Only 60 % of the 10 Mbit/sec may be used by one USB device witch leaves us
with 6 Mbit/sec.
So very high speed interfaces are not possible IMHO.
