Netscape called the product Mozilla long before they called the company
Netscape. what's your point? it used to be a cute green lizard, now it's
a scary red Godzilla. (Gojira if you stick to the Japanese origin)

again, SO? animal logos in general are reviewd here, not necesarily for
linux related projects (and I tend to see linux as a GNU-related project
rather than vice-versa)

Mandrake is a name of a magician is some mythologies, its' also
(unintentionally?) the name of a poisonous plant, the name of which in
Hebrew I forgot, named after a mythical deadly plant. are Mandrake
hoping to kill the competition or poison their users? :-)
