Tried that , did not work.
The mqueue is empty as mother Hubbard's cupboard. Mail to my yahoo account
did not get thru either. No bounce messages, no messgaes from mailer daemon,
no messages in root's inbox, zilch, nada, zero, shoonya.

8.10.1 is available too. But my current woes are not really encouraging any
adventurous spirit just now :). But what the heck, I'll give it a shot on
sunday. or then maybe I'll reload everything, maybe give SUSE a shot.
But I seriously want to know what suddenly whacked my sendmail.
Could cron or anacron be responsible ? does cron ever run linuxconf or
something ?
