Or better still, if startproc is not available, just keep an xterm (or
terminal window) open running tail -f <log_file_name>

For incoming mail - proc.log (say) in your local directory
For mail records - /var/log/maillog

It really helps catch anything going on - especially if you run a
production server, and would like to keep a watch on h4x0rs :)
