suresh i am in processes to analyse the problem & hopefully get the right
reason by today eve & if not i will send u the file 

actulally the facts collected so far are : there seems some problem in
sendmail writing mails to uers accounts as root ( of ultra ) gets mail
that the particuler address say [EMAIL PROTECTED] have permanenet
fatal error but thats not the case my account exests there and i
got mail from 25 port as well 

actualy /var/spool/mail didnt had any user dir i created one for me
named shubh given it " rw- rw- --- shubh:mail" permitions 

hopefully a'm very close to the solution.. any comments..
