Well, internationalisation is part of it. A language capability is two way
thing. One, what you mean, other what audience understand. In other words, it's
content/representtion/interpretation issue, only worse part being contents can
change depending upon representation. I don't think computer can handle that
unless it's some kind of self learning T2/T1000.
Internationalisation is just a representation issue. Interpretation is yet out
of it...

:-)) In hindi dhandaapanee means 'means of livinghood'(If my english is OK..)
