I often have to explain why there isn't an 'h' after the 'S' in my name.
I would say it's just that the encoding rules of the protocol are
different. It is the same Sankar who lives in kailas mountains.

As a teaser, I would ask them to spell Seshasai where all the three
kinds of s/sh sounds appear :-)
