If that's "too many hops" and you have a standard sendmail config (not a hand
hacked one that is). Can you post the relevant parts of your sendmail.mc
(assuming you built sendmail using that)? I think it'll be easier to
regenerate from a good mc file than to debug sendmail.cf hassles
