Given a choice between turning off ActiveX scripting in IE and using
Netscape I would always go for IE. As a user something which I like very
much in IE is the way it renders table I am not sure about Netscape 6.0
but IE has been doing partial rendering of tables ever since version 5.0
- for a regular dialup user he would rather live with the "not so
frequent" crashes than wait a million years to find that the slow
loading page was never rendered because Netscape believes you shouldnt
see the content of a table till it reads the </table>
