Ahh I usually make less mistakes than Frontpage or Dreamweaver does :).
Also there are issues of compatibility accross browsers and across
browser versions. The HTML specification gives enough leeway to put in
unusual things into your tags. In general I would rather avoid a
discussion over whether Netscape and Microsoft did a good thing by
supporting corrupt and invalid HTML. It is the past and nothing is
gained out of bashing our head over it. The browsers did and still do
allow all kinds of crazy things in HTML.
Also I am really surprised why some people would say P3P and other
technologies are bad - is it just because Microsoft has taken the
initiative in this matter?? I don't know much about P3P myself but I
think if any one is taking a intiative towards customers privacy it cant
be a bad thing.
