My hardware vendor told me that only Red Hat Advance Server 2.0, Support this configuration.
If you are buying this sort of kit you might as well go for redhat advanced server (or rather they call it enterprise something or the other, right now). That has several optimizations for high memory, multi processor systems with fast disks.
And stop making the rest of us drool with the description of that box!
