Dear all. I have installed the RHL 9.0 on a Wipro Intel 845 box / 128 MB DDR Ram/ 40 GB HDD Box. I have selected the default (as detected by the Installer) settings for display and monitor. The display flickers very much and it is difficult to work.
I have tried with changing the display settings, If I selected any other alternate settings the display is gone altogether. I have also tried the same with RHL 7.3 and also by upgrading the xf86free in RHL 7.3. The result is same. Moreover once I log out the display goes altogether and I have to reboot the machine. any pointers in the above direction will be helpful.
