try changing the monitors and resolution, try a generic non-interlaced monitor which does 1024x768 at 60 Hz. (am assuming yu've a 14/15" color monitor), or try finding the monitor from the list given, and select your monitor.


flickering can be a result of monitor running below 60 Hz. 85 Hz is recommended, but 60 Hz is just fine.
