Yes, Using cobol, we develop the software text based. Now we used the software using telnet / ssh. The software is in server computing mode, Using text based sofware, we are able to share a dial-up connection in 15-20 computers for using our ERP. Because band width cost is a major factor in the implementation of our ERP. Our branches are more than 200. all branches required 24 Hours internet connections for doing there day to day activites.
