For using ERP, person don't repquired to learn Linux. Our IT person just install the Linux in GUI mode and then open the gnome-terminal and start working.
In this process, where is question of learning linux. In home directory at server, we entered the command into there .bash_profile so they don't required to enter any command to run our software in server side.
