That is certainly not true about being a hillbilly, but his making
that kind of allusion (or harbors that kind of thought) shows
little respect for those who have actually dealt with the real
world. The world isn't really much like the propaganda and
theoretical intellectual exercises associated with non-practiced
idealogues.
One aspect of narrow-mindedness is the lack of respect that
a 'hillbilly' has. Note that there are differences between
various parts of society, but considering the situations that
they have lived in, talking bad about hillbillys is really a
lack of respect for a lifestyle where there was little freedom
to choose an alternative.
Frankly, I have had fun (and respectful, if not heated) conversations
with a thinking communist (my friend wouldn't consider himself that
leftist, but effectively that is what he was.) There is a huge
difference between someone whose beliefs are based upon meaningless
gunk, and someone who really understands at least a part of the way
that the world works.
There are practical idealogues, and those who live in theory... I
happen to enjoy chatting with the practical, but don't enjoy dealing
with those who are very sure of useless pseudo-facts that are
meaningless, except in a novel or other contrived situation (like
biased political readings.) Should reading the Bible convert someone
to (Christianity, Islam, Judiasm)? I suspect that other, real
world factors would be more effective and practical in such a
conversion.

Suse 6.1?
When I run ISAPNP I get the message that there is a resource conflict,
although there should not be one, when i try to run INSMOD ...../sym53c416.o
it says something like "device is busy"
Can anybody help me?
Thanks in advance,
