Bob Young of Red Hat is one of the most ardent supporters of the GPL. If
it's not 95% GPL, then it goes into the contrib directory.

p.s. I'm glad Gnome 1.0 is out. Now they can sit down and refine it,
perfect it. The Gnome/KDE competition will give rise to something that
truly kicks butt.
