I don't start gpm from X...I boot to CLI (I am trying to stay as
CLI oriented as I can :) then in one console log in as root and run gpm -t
ms -R and then kill it, then go to second console, log in as user and
startx there...if I log off console one, mouse won't work in on out of
X. If I don't run AND kill gpm, mouse won't work at all either. I've been
told that it MAY be a kernel problem...but I'm using 2.2.5, and in my
previous install of it in the same computer it was working correctly,
so....I have no clue :/
