You shouldn't be using /etc/procmailrc anyway, that's way too restrictive.
How would you like it if I was the sys admin on your Linux box and decided
to redirect all mail from vger.rutgers.edu to /dev/null ?

All I can say to this is that I'm glad you are not my sys admin. I find
the idea of someone else filtering (aka censoring) my mail repugnant and
facist. Yes, help me set it up but don't take away my right to have my
setup the way I want it.
