To expand.

Allwinner only has to make available sourcecode dumps or
documentation or whatever, or even have allwinner engineers working in
the secret parts that can't be public, and come on with any solution.

We, or Allwinner, or both(this community and allwinner) work together
in mainlining.

Allwinner then can port back to its SDK, and at same time by doing so
those "license compliance issues" get resolved.
