Thanks to Yoshio Turner for pointing out that my printer module was
loaded. It was not compiled into the kernel but I 'modprobe' it in my
'rc.local'. I guess I should have figured that out for myself.

Anyway, I think your next reply is going to dissapoint me. I am now
getting the following error:

bpck_fdc.c (pbck_fdc_query_proto) - Got 0x00, expected either 0x0c or
0x40.

Assuming you tell me that is because my drive is not supported what
are my alternatives other then buying a new drive, if any?
